Did you know that between 75% and 90% of all trips to the local doctor are stress related - that´s a huge statistic and sadly it is on the increase.
Stress relates to lots of different health problems, from lack of sleep, weight gain or loss, memory loss, heart and anxiety attacks. Stress related illnesses are alarmingly on the increase in today´s society. Don´t become a statistic - deal with your stress levels now and get them back under control.
We can´t eliminate stress from our lives, more importantly we don´t want - some stress is very good and positive for us. However, in order to maintain a "good level of stress" it is important to understand what your stress levels are. As with everything, we are all individuals so the level of stress that is good for you may not be true for someone else. There are easy exercises that we can do that can evaluate our stress levels and how we are dealing with them. It is possible that you are under excess levels of stress right now but may not even be aware of it. If you let your stress levels build beyond your control you could find that this has a domino type effect on everything else you are trying to deal with.
