Spotting the signs of stress

We all need stress in our life because it is part of what I like to call "our general make up".   However, the right level of stress is a good thing but the wrong level of stress can be catastrophic.  If you spot the signs of stress earlier enough then it is much easier to get a grip on them and learn to control the ones that are tipping the balance.

Stress Management is something that once taught, helps us to keep our levels in a safe place.  A few of the easiest signs of stress to spot are:

irritability, headaches, insomnia, being over tired / lethargic
