The importance of what we eat

Have you ever properly considered the food that you eat?  Let me ask you this question:

If you had to write down everything that you ate for 1 week, would you be suprised by what you are actually putting into your body? 

If so, would you make any change and lastly, how do you think this impacts on your day to day life?

It´s curious, and many of us have never really grasped the concept of "we are what we eat" but maybe it would be worth taking a little bit of time out to discover exactly what we eat.
